If you are unable to keep your appointment, we ask that you give us 48 hours notice, so that the time may be used by other patients. If you fail to give us this notice, you may be charged a $75 missed appointment fee.
After the third cancellation without notice, we will no longer be able to put you on the schedule. However, we will try to work you in when you're available.
We will try to help with your dental insurance claims and appeals.
We will work directly for you and will try to provide the care you desire when you are ready to do it.
We should agree to the treatment plan and payment arrangements in advance. We ask that you pay for services as they are rendered. We don't make payment plans, but we do work with CareCredit (www.carecredit.com) as a third party financing option.
We are very careful to protect everyone's private medical/dental information. We do need to communicate with your dentist, insurance company, and sometimes your medical doctor regarding your treatment.
