We will work directly for you and will try to provide the care you desire when you are ready to do it.
We should agree to the treatment plan and payment arrangements in advance. We ask that you pay for services as they are rendered. We don’t offer financing through our office, but can help with financing through third party providers including CareCredit and MasterCard.
We will try to help with your dental insurance claims and appeals.
- We aren’t in any insurance networks. However, we will help you get the most out of your dental insurance by assisting with filing your dental insurance claim for you after your appointment and helping with benefit analysis.
- You must present a current Dental Insurance card with all required information.
- We cannot file with Medical Insurance, Medicare or Medicaid. We will gladly print you an extra statement so that you can file for reimbursement.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, we ask that you give us 48 hours notice, so that the time may be used by other patients. If you fail to give us this notice, you may be charged a $75 missed appointment fee.
After the third cancellation without notice, we will no longer be able to put you on the schedule. However, we will try to work you in when you’re available.
